Lauren Ash Morgan is co-founder and artistic director of Speech of Fire, a new theatre company. From 2014 through her appointment in 2019, she was artistic director for the Seoul Shakespeare Company. She also served in the SSC as the producer, costume/set design composer/music director and coach for text while serving as Artistic Direction. While she was usually the leader inside her ensemble of actors, in her last year as an actor in SSC King Lear, she took on the role of director and light designer.
